The Real Hustle Does Las Vegas

A team of hustlers - Alexis Conran, Paul Wilson and Jessica Clement - try out notorious scams on members of the public in the most security-conscious city in the world, Las Vegas. Jess poses as a hotel inspector so she can steal guests' belongings, while Alex and Paul dress as valets to steal cars, then the team hit a Las Vegas casino.

I saw this on TV Tuesday evening and it's a must watch!

The Night James Brown Saved Boston, BBC Four - 22 May 2009

In the 1960s and 1970s thousands of hippies journeyed east to India in search of enlightenment. Indian peasants assumed that a severe drought in the West was the reason for their migration. India’s holy men saw it as a search for spirituality. Most moved back to their home countries after a few months or years while others stayed for good. Hippie Masala is a portrait of Western ex-patriates: Robert from Holland, a gifted painter, lives with jos wife and young children. Meera, a hermit, seeks enlightenment on her own, while Cesare, an Italian expatriate, strives for spiritual liberation through back-breaking yoga. Hanspeter, a man originally from Switzerland, runs a small farm in the Himalayas. Erica and Gillian, South African twins, sew hippie handicrafts by day and party tirelessly at night.

Charles Rangeley Wilson, author, journalist and BBC 2's Accidental Angler, travels to
Japan to explore the Japanese people's passionate relationship to fish.

Of all the island nations on Earth, there is, perhaps, none quite so obsessed by fish
as Japan. Whether for food or entertainment, fish are at the very core of Japanese
identity. From their reverential love of jewel-like koi to the seemingly barbaric
world of scientific whaling via the balletic submarine ballet of the drive hunt, there
are few corners of Japanese culture that have not been shaped by reference to fish.

Trying to comprehend this 'alien' culture, Charles embarks on a six-week odyssey
through Japan, determined to use his love of fish and fishing as the common point of
interest between himself and those he meets along the way. Since he loves fish

32 year old Dede lives in a remote village in Indonesia with his two children, trying to care for them. Dede, a former fisherman, has an extraordinary skin condition: he has root like structures growing out of his body - branches that can grow up to 5cm a year and which protrude from his hands and feet, and welts covering his whole body.

He is known locally as 'Tree Man' and his condition has baffled local doctors for 20 years. In an attempt to earn a living to support his family, he is part of a circus troupe, displaying his Tree Man limbs along with others afflicted with skin deformities in 'freak' shows.
